Welcron, the parent company of Welcron Group, has launched an official website for its defense division to showcase its products and technologies and strengthen overseas marketing.
The site catalogs defense products based on Welcron’s composite materials technology, covering personal protection as well as systems for vehicles and vessels.
Personal protection offerings include a lightweight ballistic plate that passed the Ministry of National Defense’s evaluation for outstanding commercial products and meets US National Institute of Justice Level IV standards. The lineup also includes bullet- and stab-resistant buoyancy vests and protective gear for police, with product specifications and certification details available on the site.
Vehicle and vessel protection products include ballistic plates for small tactical and mine-resistant vehicles, add-on armor for armored vehicles and anti-tank mine protection kits. The portfolio also covers lightweight composite-material applications such as ballistic protection systems for air-cushion boats and vessels.
An English-language interface has been added for overseas buyers, with catalog downloads and centralized channels for sales and technical inquiries. Building on existing business in Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, Welcron plans to pursue opportunities in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
“The new website will help communicate our expertise in protective materials and quality verification to the global market,” a Welcron official said. “We will strengthen our global sales network and position as a specialist in protective composite materials.”
